Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellation: Greater than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive 100% of your deposit back. Less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, there will be no refund of your deposit.
Rescheduling: Standard cabin reservations may be changed 30 days prior to your arrival date to include a change in length of stay. After this time, reservation changes or failure to arrive (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
We require a first night’s deposit charged to a valid credit or debit card at the time of confirmation.
Our cabins are pet-friendly; however, we charge a one-time fee of $50.00 per pet (maximum of two).
